Global fintech company WireBarley announced on the 26th that it has signed a multi-year partnership with Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) of Major League Soccer (MLS). This marks the first time a Korean fintech company has partnered with LAFC, and WireBarley will serve as the club's official partner in the overseas remittance sector.

WireBarley provides services to customers through an innovative digital remittance platform in North America as well as key Asia-Pacific markets including South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. Through this partnership, WireBarley plans to further strengthen its ties with Asian communities in the United States while continuously expanding awareness of its mobile-centered, secure services among global customers.

In addition, WireBarley has secured marketing rights in Los Angeles and designated countries. The two parties plan to introduce a variety of content, events, and matchday experience programs—including digital and social media-linked activities—to enhance communication with fans. They also intend to collaborate closely centered on shared core values of innovation, inclusivity, and a global perspective.

WireBarley provides overseas remittance services to a total of 46 countries from bases in South Korea, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, and more.
