With the Independence Day holiday approaching on July 4, Korean travel agencies in Southern California are rolling out special tour packages to kick off the summer peak season in earnest.

According to the Korean travel industry on June 25, 2025, inquiries for tour packages targeting the three-day holiday from July 4 to 6 have flooded in. Some popular packages have sold out quickly due to high demand, reflecting strong customer interest. Family and small-group tours with flexible schedules are also gaining popularity. Industry insiders are optimistic, noting that this year’s Independence Day business is hotter than last year.

Samho Travel has launched VVIP limousine bus guaranteed exclusive packages to celebrate the holiday. A 4-day tour to Yosemite National Park and San Francisco, departing July 3, is priced at $739. A 4-day tour to Mount Rushmore, starting July 4, costs $1,499, while a 3-day tour to Redwood, wineries, and San Francisco is available for $499. A 2-day Redwood train tour beginning July 5 is offered at $279. Samho’s VVIP limousine bus Yellowstone tour is also proving popular.

Aju Travel has introduced Independence Day holiday specials, including a 4-day, 3-night Yellowstone and Grand Teton tour departing July 4 for $1,299 per person. A 3-day, 2-night tour featuring Antelope Canyon and Monument Valley is priced at $539, while a 2-day, 1-night trip along California’s coastline with Amtrak, including Redwood State Park, is available for $329.

Chunchu Travel is offering a 6-day, 5-night tour departing July 4, visiting Vancouver, Banff National Park, and Yoho National Park for $1,099 per person. A 8-day, 7-night itinerary covering New York, Washington D.C., Niagara Falls, and Old Quebec is also available, departing every Saturday for $1,699.

PRT TOUR has released a 3-day “Atlanta-Noah’s Ark: Encountering the Mystery of Creation” tour departing July 4 for $1,199. Niagara Falls day tours on July 4 and August 16 are priced at $275 per person. For those seeking a quick escape from busy schedules, a Philadelphia day trip is scheduled for July 4, 26, and August 9.

Moamoa Tour offers Korea tours including 3-day, 2-night and 6-day, 5-night Jeju packages, as well as a 7-day, 6-night “Gourmet Journey Inland Tour” exploring Korea’s cuisine and sights. A 10-day Western Europe tour covering the UK, France, Switzerland, and Italy, and a 13-day Eastern Europe and Balkan tour reminiscent of a fairy tale are also available.

Ewsn Tour, a Korean travel agency specializing in South America, is promoting tours to Patagonia (Chile-Argentina border), Bolivia’s Uyuni Salt Flats, Peru’s Machu Picchu (one of the world’s seven wonders), Chile’s Easter Island, Argentina’s Iguazu Falls, Brazil’s Rio de Janeiro, and Ecuador’s Galapagos Islands.
