Daylight Saving Time Ends Sunday… November 3rd, 2 a.m. → 1 a.m.

This year’s Daylight Saving Time (DST) will end on Sunday, November 3rd. Clocks will need to be set back one hour, from 2 a.m. to 1 a.m., early that morning. Most electronic devices like smartphones will automatically update to the correct time.
Daylight Saving Time, observed in 48 states nationwide with the exception of Arizona and Hawaii, begins on the second Sunday of March each year and concludes on the first Sunday of November. After DST ends, the time difference between Los Angeles and Korea will increase from 16 to 17 hours.
While DST was originally implemented to conserve energy by maximizing sunlight hours, it has faced criticism for the inconvenience of twice-annual time changes and the potential for decreased productivity due to disrupted schedules.
